THE SEWELL HOUSE
The main Sewell house is the cornerstone of the Art Estate.
Coined, "Japanese Rustic with artistic twists," The Main House is an on-going labor of love and the home of your hosts, the foundation of Art Estate, the masthead; focal point of the property. The original structure was based on principles outlined in A Pattern Language, a guide book on architecture and urban design encouraging the use of non-toxic materials, natural ventilation, Zen views, small-paned windows and windows on at least three sides of a room.

THE STUDIO
the Sewell Studio houses all of the main operations that occur on the property.
The Studio provides the space and for Tom, Olivia, James, and the apprentices to create artwork, and manage the everyday operations of the estate. Originally built from materials donated by Dennis Gassner from the set of 'The Truman Show', the Studio has become a place of constant creation, inspiration, and meditation. Powered by solar energy and the Tom's creative aspirations, there is never a dull moment at the Sewell Studio.
THE MANA HOUSE B&B

With its open floor plan, contemporary style and cozy comfort, the Mana House boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, designer furnishings with all amenities, washer, dryer, free Wi-fi; it is fabulous for families and friends.
